Privacy Policy of the ROS Platform (Enhanced Version v2.0)

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, processing, storage, transfer, and protection of information when using the ROS (Revenue Operating System) platform, including the website, personal accounts, APIs, software, integrations, mobile interfaces, and other related services (hereinafter — Platform, Service, ROS, We).

By using the Platform, registering in the Service, connecting integrations, or transferring data to ROS, the user, client company, or their representative (hereinafter — User) confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to its terms.

If the User does not agree with the Policy, the use of the Platform must be terminated.

13. Security Incident Notification

Upon detecting a significant incident that may affect User data, ROS has the right to notify affected Users within a reasonable time via email, personal account, or other available communication channels.

14. Client Data Isolation

ROS applies logical and/or infrastructure separation of data of different companies. Users gain access only within assigned roles and permissions.

15. Cookies and Local Storage

We may use: cookies; session cookies; local storage; authorization tokens; analytical identifiers. This is required for: logging in; saving the session; interface settings; analytics; account protection. The User can restrict cookies via the browser, but some functions may not work correctly.

16. Data Retention Period

Data is stored: while the account is active; while the contract is valid; as long as necessary to provide services; for the period required by law; in backups for a limited technical period. After termination of service, data may be deleted, anonymized, or archived within a reasonable time, unless otherwise required by law.

17. User Rights

The User has the right to: receive information about their data; correct inaccuracies; delete data in the available functionality; revoke integrations; export data (if available); request account deletion; send inquiries on privacy issues.

18. Limitation of ROS Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". ROS does not guarantee: uninterrupted operation of external APIs; compatibility with all services; constant availability of third-party platforms; absolute accuracy of data received from third parties; absence of errors caused by actions of the User or third-party services.

ROS is not liable for losses caused by: User actions; illegal data upload by the User; blocking of third-party APIs; actions of integration platforms; force majeure; account hacking due to the User's fault.

19. User Responsibility

The User undertakes to: use ROS legally; not upload third-party data without grounds; not violate third-party rights; protect logins and passwords; comply with personal data legislation; not use ROS for spam, fraud, surveillance, or illegal analytics.

20. Data Deletion on Request

Requests for data deletion should be sent to: privacy@rosplatform.com. ROS has the right to request confirmation of the applicant's identity or authority.

21. Policy Changes

ROS has the right to update the Policy. For significant changes, the User may be notified additionally. The new version comes into force from the date of publication, unless otherwise specified.

22. Applicable Law and Disputes

Unless otherwise established by mandatory rules of law, the relations of the parties are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are subject to resolution in courts at the place of registration of the Platform owner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

23. Contract Priority

If a separate contract, DPA, or data processing agreement is concluded between ROS and a corporate client, the terms of such contract take precedence in the relevant part.
